When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1 business day. Orders received before 10am Pacific Time (PST/PDT) often ship same business day.
When will my credit card be charged?
A7 typically processes the credit card transaction on the day of shipment. A credit card authorization with be secured upon the placement of order.
What if I want to pay via wire transfer?
If you would like to pay via wire transfer please email sales with the following information:
  • Address to ship to
  • Shipping method desired (Please include your shipping account number if billing to your account)
  • Quantitiy and part numbers for items to be ordered
    • Upon receipt sales will provide a total cost including shipping and will provide our wire transfer information sheet.
    How long will my order take to arrive, once shipped?

    Can I get a Pro Forma Invoice?
    Please email sales the necessary information and a Pro Forma Invoice will be prepared for you.
    How can I setup a Net 30 day account?
    In order to set up a Net 30 days account A7 will need to have your company credit infomation as well as references. Account setup typically takes 2-5 days.
    How can I get a copy of my invoice?
    A7 provides a copy on the invoice in an HTML email to both the "ship to" and "bill to" email addresses. The email is sent from sales at time of shipment. If you later need a copy of an invoice please email sales with your request and we will email a copy.
    Can I ship on my shipping account?
    If you would like to ship on your account, please select the option "Bill To My FedEx or UPS Account" and send an email to sales with you desired method of shipment and account number. Note that A7 only supports shipping via FedEx and UPS for this option.

    Order Acceptance and Fulfillment Policy

    Order acknowledgement via the website and automated email is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but is only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price.
    After you place an order, A7 will determine whether or not to fulfill the order, and A7 may refuse or limit your order for any reason.
    By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set forth anywhere on this site related to specific items or issues, including those terms and conditions of sale found in the general document. A7 reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit risk or review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions or inventory posted on this web site, suspicious factors indicative of fraud.
    By placing your order, you agree that A7’s total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to A7 for the product and services giving rise to A7 liability.

    Shipping/Processing

    International Orders

    Customers shipping to International destinations, including Canada, should be aware that their country’s government may assess duties and fees (tariffs) related to the purchase of our products. These duties and fees are the customer’s responsibility. If you choose to have your purchase shipped by an express carrier, such as FedEx or UPS, be aware that a charge for the customs clearance (in addition to any duty levied) will be billed to you by that carrier.

    Returns

    Shipping is not refundable. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be acknowledged or credited. No items are returnable 45 days after ship date.
